Wild oregano from the mountain of Zakros. Hand foraged. 15 grams.
We forage our Wild Oregano in the Dead Gorge during spring. It sells out fast and all year we get messages asking when it'll be back. Back for Christmas, the buds are carefully trimmed and air dried. We've been taught how to forage responsibly in the village and we hold a greek foraging license.

A light & fruity olive oil with a peppery finish. Perfect for dipping, dressing and drizzling.
While every batch is connected by the land it's grown on, the variety of olive and the location of the fields, each is unique based off the year it's grown and pressed.
